Stretch, Relax and Restore

Start Time: 10:00 am; Teacher: Lindsay Kuefler; Duration: 1 hour. A totally de-stressing and relaxing experience. Stretching and breathing with most postures on the floor with comfortable bolsters and blankets that help you relax and are designed to stretch the body, calm the mind and get centered with Christ. This soothing practice allows for solitude, prayer and meditation. Great for beginners. This class is also appropriate for PRENATAL. If you are a mom to be, this class is for you and your baby. Come and center with Christ and connect with your baby, while stretching and de-stressing from the day. Leave feeling refreshed and restored. A peaceful time of rest, self-care, safety and preparation for a healthy pregnancy and delivery. One hour class.

Very Gentle Journey

Start Time: 4:00 pm; Teacher: Pam Bolio; Duration: 1 hour & 15 minutes. A relaxing hour designed to wind down and center mind body and spirit. Infused with soft Christian music, gently stretching every muscle in the body with slow yoga poses. Great for new yogis or experienced yogis looking for a peaceful practice.

ZUMBA

Start Time: 7:45 am; Teacher: Kimberly Campbell; Duration: 1 hour. Zumba Basics fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class! You do not need to be a dancer you just need an open mind and a willingness to have fun. Hot Yoga

Start Time: 9:00 am; Teacher: Heather Baylies; Duration: 1 hour. HOT HOT HOT! A great class to detoxify and purify our minds and bodies. Sweat it out in this hot flow class designed for Level 1 & 2. Great for weight loss, back care, feelings of rejuvenation...get the glow! One hour class.

Gentle Journey

Start Time: 10:00 am; Teacher: Lindsay Kuefler; Duration: 1 hour. This is a gentle class for beginners or those just looking for a quiet and soft yoga experience. This class helps you to De-stress and feel God's presence.
